CNC ADJUSTER

What will be your job:
- adjust and set up CNC machines
- prepare tools and start production
- Fine-tune the first pieces and monitor quality
- make corrections and adjust settings
- solve common problems in production
- cooperate with the technologist and maintenance
- comply with technology and occupational safety
We expect:
- someone who has experience with CNC adjustment
- a person who can handle it independently
- someone who is not afraid of three-shift operation
- Secondary School/Secondary School of Technical Studies
- orientation in the drawing documentation
- working with gauges, responsible approach

MACHINING TECHNOLOGIST

What awaits you with us:
- you will set up and stabilize the production technology on automated lines
- You will be at the start of a new project from the very beginning
- you will design and fine-tune technological procedures so that production makes sense
- you will prepare the workplace and keep the technical documentation in shape
- You will address quality, look for causes and come up with solutions
- You will lead adjusters and operators on the technological side
- You will actively improve processes, cycles and production efficiency

- Secondary school/secondary school with a high school diploma (mechanical engineering)
- very good knowledge of CNC machining

PRODUCTION OPERATOR
We are a Czech company, our main activity is pressure casting of aluminum alloy castings and their subsequent machining. We supply our products mainly for the transport industry. What will be your job:
- Operate die casting machines and trimming presses (we will train you).
- Produce castings according to work instructions and inspection procedures.
- You will remove the inlet system, sprays and air receivers.
- You write down the manufactured pieces in the production slip.
- You will follow the quality guidelines.
- You will take care of the daily maintenance of the machines.
- Handling of castings.
We expect:
- Basic education or experience of 1 year in production.
- Responsibility, diligence and a desire to learn.
- Willingness to work in shifts (continuous operation, 12-hour shifts, short/long week, morning/night)
- Physical fitness (casts are not made of paper).
- Someone who wants to learn with our machines.
- A person who is not afraid of continuous operation.

ALUMINIUM SMELTER

What you'll do:
- melt aluminum alloys in modern melting furnaces
- work with material and ensure smooth production
- pouring melt into dosing furnaces
- prepare and remove aluminum alloys from the warehouse
We expect:
- Apprenticeship certificate or experience in production (ideally in a foundry)
- manual dexterity and desire to work
- Responsible approach and reliability
- experience with forklifts (the license is an advantage, not a condition)
- work in 12-hour shifts (short/long week)
- The environment is warmer – it is a foundry operation
- Necessary medical fitness to work in production and operate machines

What to expect as a sales officer
- Records of inquiries and offers
- communication with customers (CZ + ENG)
- preparation of documents for the preparation of price offers,
- care for existing customers,
- ensuring cooperation and coordination of new projects,
- Tool life monitoring
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- secondary education in a technical field,
- independence, diligence, responsibility, teamwork,
- Driving licence group B,
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
It will be an advantage if you have
- knowledge of Helios ERP,
- experience in the foundry industry.
